How does the in-hospital photo session work?
Our friendly photographers visit the maternity ward daily. Sessions are short and relaxed - we capture your baby’s first portraits in a natural, gentle way, right in your room. There’s no obligation to purchase, and no preparation needed, we bring everything to you.
Do I need to book in advance?
No booking is required. Our photographers visit most participating hospitals daily. After your baby is born, simply let your nurse or our photographer know if you’d like a session.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost for the photo session itself. You’ll be able to view your portraits afterward and choose from a variety of print and digital options. There’s no obligation to buy anything but if you choose to, you can place your order with our photographers for ease.
How do I view my baby’s images?
You’ll receive a unique access code and an email with instructions to view your secure online gallery. From there, you can browse, share, and order directly from your gallery.
Is my baby’s gallery private?
Yes. Your images are stored on a secure server, and only you and anyone you share your access code with can view them.
How long will my baby’s images be available?
Your online gallery will be available for 14 days after upload, so you have plenty of time to view and order. If you’d like them removed sooner, just let our Customer Services team know.
What kinds of products can I order?
You can choose from a range of prints, wall art, digital downloads, birth announcements, and keepsakes. Packages are available to suit every budget.
What if I didn’t get a photo session in the hospital?
If your hospital stay was short or you missed your session, don’t worry. You can contact our Customer Services team and we’ll do our best to connect you with your photographer to see if a session can be arranged. This will depend on your hospital’s policy, so while we’ll always try to help, it may not always be possible.
